Change "Arrange Images" to "Arrange, Add, or Delete Images"

Modify the "Edit Gallery" link named "Arrange Images" to make it clear that 
following that particular link will also allow for Adding images to (and/or 
Deleting images from) the virtual gallery. The current link makes one "hunt" 
for the feature.
