Is there an active/ongoing effort to enhance TTLJournal's features and capabilities? It's been a couple of months since anything's been posted. Just curious. The "MVF" (Most Valuable Feature) I'm interested in is the ability to download a TTLJournal gallery back to my PC in order to burn a DVD.

The reality is that the perceived "buzz" around the virtual gallery "feature" for SmugMug users didn't gather much of the following, at least in the form that we were able to offer it here. For this reason we have stopped active development of the new features. We'll continue to support the application -- there are no plans to terminate it, but the support will be limited to bug fixes of currently available features. Thank you!

It's really "too bad" that SM users didn't see the value in looking at TTLJ more closely. Had they done so, they would likely have "discovered" how dramatically it could push the envelope of what CAN be done. SM users, myself included, have been yammering about virtual galleries for over two years with NOTHING (not even empty "promises" beyond "we know it's important to you") developed by SM that addresses the repeated requests. As "elementary" (not meaning to sound critical...I just KNOW there was a lot more you COULD do with TTLJ) as your effort was, it proved that with some effort the "reality" of virtual galleries is entirely do-able. Thanks for showing SM that. I hope they look.
